Experience

Nick is a Senior Associate and Head of the Dispute Resolution & Commercial Litigation division.  He has more than 10 years of experience advising and acting for small to medium businesses, specifically assisting them to avoid or resolve disputes including mediation, conciliation or arbitration.

As a lawyer determined to deliver high quality, cost-conscious services, Nick takes a pragmatic and considered approach to legal matters. Along with the team, Nick helps clients navigate their commercial disputes and provides advice in relation to commercial law, corporate governance and shareholder disputes, property law, debt collection, insolvency, employment law and intellectual property.  

He has acted for a range of clients, including company directors, shareholders, high net worth families and private companies.  Nick has also represented clients on a wide range of litigious matters in the Magistrates Court, District Court, Supreme Court, Federal Court, Family Court and at the Fair Work Commission.

Background

Nick graduated with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from Murdoch University in 2011. He was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Western Australia and the High Court of Australia in February 2012. He joined Valenti Lawyers in 2018 after working for international and boutique firms advising clients across a wide range of industries.
