Experience

Kim is the firm’s Principal overseeing all its clients, people and services.  He has more than 40 years of experience practising law in WA, and now leads the firm’s property, land compensation and town planning division.

During his career, Kim has developed a commercial and pragmatic approach to managing legal matters and provides practical, economically sensible solutions in the best interests of his clients.  Known for his down-to-earth, accessible and friendly approach, Kim builds strong relationships with his clients as their trusted advisor to provide information, counsel and guidance across diverse issues.   He has extensive experience a wide range of industries and business sectors, specialising in property, agriculture, finance, business development and transport.

Background

Kim founded Valenti Lawyers in 1996.  A born and bred West Australian, in 1975 Kim graduated with a Bachelor of Law and Jurisprudence from the University of Western Australia where he also obtained his Masters in Law in 2000. He is a member of the Law Society of Western Australia and the Urban Development Institute of Australia (WA branch).
